This salad is super good on a hot summer day.

Non-food things:

  • Cutting board
  • Medium sized bowl
  • Small bowl
  • Tablespoon aka Tbs

Ingredients

  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Portions:

  • 2 Tbs Olive oil
  • 3 1/2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs of chopped fresh dill
  • A large pinch of salt

This refreshing salad is good on hot summer days. First you are going to need your cutting board, knife and veggies. Cut your tomato in bite sized pieces and your cucumber in coins. Put all the veggies in your medium sized bowl, then mix them together.

On the cutting board cut your fresh dill until it is finely chopped. In the smaller bowl mix your vinegar, oil, dill, salt and pepper. Once your dressing is ready pour it into the veggies in your other bowl, mix ’till combined.

Warning: This is best eaten the day you make it.

Okay kids! I hope you all enjoy this refreshing salad!

To make it even better I put fresh dill on top!

P.S. And remember, try new things kids!
