Hey kids! This is a healthy, easy recipe is a nice break from too much sugar. I did not put any measurements because you can decide how much of each thing you want to put in.
N on-food ingredients:
- Bowl/Glass
- Spoon
Food items:
- Plums
- Almonds (Cut into pieces)
- Cashews (Cut into pieces)
- Coconut flakes
- Sunflower seeds
- Fresh ground cinnamon
- Yogurt
- Blueberries
Okay, so first put your yogurt into a bowl/glass. Cut your plums into little squares and sprinkle them on the yogurt. Next put your blueberries on top of your plums. Then chop you Cashews and Almonds and mix them together, spread them evenly over the fruit. Take your sunflower seeds and sprinkle them evenly. Put your coconut over your seeds. Finally take your cinnamon and sprinkle it over the coconut. Put your spoon in and… ENJOY!!!!
