Okra

Hey kids! So a weird fact about me is that i like okra. I don’t know why but I do. So I cut the pointy stems off first.

So once the stems were cut off I rinsed them off. Then we added them to a pan with soy sauce and garlic and steamed them. (I made the stems into art :D)

When they were done they were a little overcooked but still delicious. I know I’m weird :). So I like okra this way because I love soy sauce and okra, it’s like the perfect combo. Next time time I will cook them for les time. We had them with ravioli bolongnese. If you don’t know what ravioli bolongnese is it is usually pasta with a meat sauce.
